This is the final episode on our series on religion and spirituality and the last episode of 2018.

In this episode we take things from Christ’s time to the end times. 

With me is retired Detective Darnley Small who worked for the New York City Police Department and is an elder in the Presbyterian Church.

Detective Small also did race training for the NYC Presbytery and worked in the synod.

S2E12: The church and prophecy today

In Today’s episode we begin to delve into the Bible as we talk about the church and prophecy.

As an elder and a former member of the Presbyterian senate, I ask detective Small about the church and how it is different from other christians churches.

Through discussion I learn about how he was tasked to deal with perceived racism and the church.

We then discus the state of the Church today and reference reports on child sex abuse in the Roman Catholic church.

How can a church of God behave this way?

This groundbreaking reporting is only a few months old.

S2E11 – Faith and religion with Det. Darnley Small

Last episode we focused on physical health and mental well being through diet, exercise and meditation.

In this series of episodes I am going to focus on spiritual health and well being through faith and religion.

I will be interviewing Detective Darnley Small, a retired trainer for the New York City Police Department.

Detective Small is also an elder in his church and did racism training for the NYC Presbytery.
